Gushing with exceptional luscious greenery, this garden-like scenery is what makes Jardin de Miramar Antipolo a perfect getaway for the nature-loving guests who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Metro.
On our last trip to Antipolo, we wanted to find something different. We had seen the views from Cloud 9 and visited Hinulugang Taktak falls and so we were both delighted and eager to discover Jardin de Miramar Antipolo. Not the easiest place to find, but it was well worth the effort.
Jardin de Miramar Antipolo
Antipolo is home to two spots that have endeared the city and the province to its visitors: the once-majestic Hinulugang Taktak, arguably the closest waterfall from anywhere in Metro Manila, and Mystical Cave, said to contain “healing water” because of its ties to local Christian beliefs.
These two may be the crown jewels of Antipolo, but the city has a lot more to offer, especially if you are willing to venture outside the city limits and explore its neighboring towns within the province of Rizal.
Jardin De Miramar Antipolo Review

Antipolo is home to two spots that have endeared the city and the province to its visitors: the once-majestic Hinulugang Taktak, arguably the closest waterfall from anywhere in Metro Manila, and Mystical Cave, said to contain “healing water” because of its ties to local Christian beliefs.
These two may be the crown jewels of Antipolo, but the city has a lot more to offer, especially if you are willing to venture outside the city limits and explore its neighboring towns within the province of Rizal.
Now, as I mentioned previously, Jardin de Miramar was not the easiest place to find. From Makati, we had to ride the LRT, a bus, a taxi, and a tricycle to get there. And even then the tricycle driver had problems finding the place and actually dropped us at the back entrance.
But, with all this said, I must say that security was helpful and friendly and the staff in the site office were friendly and obliging. The grounds were lovely, peaceful, and interesting to explore. It was quite easy to spend an afternoon here.
There are so many gems in Metro Manila. How will I ever even scrape the surface? Jardin De Miramar is a three-hectare beautiful garden complex in Antipolo with several venues with different themes. The Jardin brings one away from the noise of the metropolis and into a fresh and genteel country atmosphere. Its different venues are ideal for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, seminars, summer outings, and many other events.
Among these unique venues is an outdoor space with a re-constructed 50-year-old fishing boat, a replica of Intramuros (where a lot of prenup photoshoots are held), a Bahay Kubo-inspired thatched pavilion, and Casa Santa – a museum of over 3000 Santa Claus figurines and statues.
I loved the Intramuros, beautiful and serene. A great place to come and release all your stress. Next time you need to escape and are close to Antipolo, make sure you visit this little area. The staff was happy for us to wander the grounds and had no hesitation in letting us fly a drone (unlike so many other venues).
