A free offer for all who stay 21 days or longer, Vakkaru Maldives’ “Work Well” package gives guests an oceanfront office and access to a well-being program during their extended stay.
The package includes an upgrade to a bigger villa with a study kitted out with a printer and office supplies.
As part of the package, each guest also gets a “Vacay PA”. As well as offering traditional butler services, these staff members can help with day-to-day tasks such as printing documents, confirming flight information, setting up meetings, and managing your work schedules.
If guests fancy a change of scene for when they look up from their laptop, their Vacay PA will move their office from their private study to an “Ocean office”. With an outdoor workstation with wifi access, guests can gaze up at the Indian ocean when they’re in need of a screen break.
The Maldives reopened its borders to travellers from the UK in July 2020 and, since September 10, the island nation requires mandatory negative Covid-19 PCR tests for all arriving passengers. Negative test results – taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival – must be presented upon landing in the Maldives.
All travellers also need to fill in a Traveller Health Declaration form 24 hours before their departure to the archipelago.
Becoming a digital nomad is not as hard as you may think. Depending on your current knowledge and skill set, you could easily be able to start living your dreams tomorrow.
Why get a digital nomad visa?
